Getting Started


  • Begin with an HPM Consult Call to discuss your goals, health history, and lifestyle. From there, we’ll design a personalized assessment and integrated plan.

  • We evaluate movement, strength, metabolic health, and other key metrics to build a data-driven baseline for your personalized program.

  • Yes. While we’re based in North Carolina, many of our services — including coaching, nutrition, and some clinical consults — are available virtually.

Services & Support


  • Memberships vary by level, but all include personalized coaching, program design, and ongoing communication. Higher tiers integrate physical therapy, medical oversight, and nutrition guidance.

  • Our multidisciplinary team includes:

    • Performance Coaches

    • Primary Care Physicians (MDs)

    • Physical Therapists (DPTs)

    • Registered Dietitians (RDs)

  • Frequency depends on your plan and goals. Most members have weekly coaching contact, with assessment and clinical visits scheduled as needed.

Payment & Policies


  • We operate on a direct-care model and do not bill insurance. However, many services may qualify for HSA or FSA reimbursement.

  • Memberships are customized based on your needs and level of integration. During your consult, we’ll review options and pricing transparently.

  • Yes. You can adjust, pause, or cancel your plan anytime with notice.

Scope & Care


  • No. We are a performance health practice focused on proactive, long-term wellbeing — not emergency or acute medical care.

  • Yes. Depending on your membership tier, we may coordinate lab panels, VO₂ max testing, metabolic assessments, or movement screenings.

  • We track key metrics like movement efficiency, VO₂ max, strength, metabolic health, blood biomarkers, and body composition to show measurable progress over time.
